The artwork of the artist, Roy Nahum, was the starting point of this project.
His work mainly deals with visual impairment and the blind in particular. I chose the artist because I was very impressed by his experience to make art accessible to the blind, and especially from the fact that he encourages people to touch his works, thereby breaking the barriers between the viewer and the "holy object." In the project, I have made a research about the accessibility of the garment to the blind. I wanted to emphasize the feeling and textures of the garment. I also dealt with subjective blindness, things that we choose not to see, therefore the garment looks different from every different angle.
